Descriptor

Every Stackie plugin publishes one descriptor before its code can start. The descriptor names the plugin, compatible host API, subscription module, supported platforms, plugin/package requirements, contributions, requested host capabilities, and owned data/artifact namespaces. Invalid or incompatible descriptors fail before any listener, workload, or migration is activated.
