Telemetry

Error reports contain only stable Stackie-owned classifications. They never contain error text, logs, command arguments, paths, environment values, user identifiers, customer content, or arbitrary context. Customer-machine reporting remains inert unless the release, legal, environment, and current consent gates all pass.
