I acknowledge that Stackie made Stackie Refund and Cancellation Terms version 2026.06.20, effective 2026-06-20 available as the current refund and cancellation terms for the applicable Stackie purchase or subscription surface. I represent that I am acting for trade, business, professional, freelance, employment, or organizational development purposes and not for personal, household, or consumer use unless Stackie Ltd expressly permits that use in a signed agreement, checkout flow, or product-specific consumer schedule.
These Refund and Cancellation Terms apply to self-serve subscriptions, paid plans, trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, promotional credits, and cancellations unless a signed agreement or mandatory law says otherwise.
Stackie self-serve subscriptions and paid plans are offered for business and professional development use only. An individual developer may subscribe when acting for trade, business, professional, freelance, employment, or organizational development purposes. Stackie is not currently offered for personal, household, or consumer use unless Stackie Ltd expressly states in a signed agreement, checkout flow, or product-specific consumer schedule that consumer use is permitted.
Cancellation
Customer may cancel a self-serve subscription through the billing portal or any other cancellation method Stackie Ltd makes available. Where cancellation is handled through the billing provider, Customer must complete the provider's cancellation flow or Stackie-provided billing portal flow before the renewal cut-off shown in that flow. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the plan, order, or billing flow says otherwise.
Refunds
Unless non-waivable law requires otherwise or Stackie Ltd expressly agrees in writing, fees are non-refundable, including setup fees, subscription fees, usage charges, overages, support fees, renewal charges, and unused time in a billing period. This no-refund baseline does not limit mandatory statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, chargeback, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Credits, refunds, concessions, and exceptions are discretionary and do not create future rights.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Plan changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing period, or according to the billing-provider flow. Customer is responsible for reviewing plan, price, tax, and renewal information before confirming a change.
Trials, Betas, and Promotions
Stackie Ltd may modify, end, withdraw, or limit trials, betas, previews, free tiers, and promotional credits at any time to the fullest extent allowed by law. Promotional credits have no cash value unless Stackie Ltd states otherwise in writing.
Billing Provider
Payments, tax calculations, invoices, receipts, billing portals, payment methods, and chargebacks may be handled by a billing provider. Customer may need to follow that provider's process to update payment methods, manage subscriptions, or resolve billing issues.
Consumer Availability
If Stackie Ltd expressly permits consumer use, consumers retain any mandatory statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, chargeback, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The applicable checkout flow, signed agreement, or product-specific consumer schedule must provide any required digital-content or service-commencement acknowledgements before Stackie Ltd begins providing consumer digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period.
Account Termination
If Stackie Ltd suspends or terminates access for breach, non-payment, abuse, security risk, or legal risk, Customer is not entitled to a refund except where non-waivable law requires one.
