I acknowledge that Stackie made Stackie Open Source Notices version 2026.06.22, effective 2026-06-22 available as the current notice or schedule for the applicable Stackie surface. I represent that I am acting for trade, business, professional, freelance, employment, or organizational development purposes and not for personal, household, or consumer use unless Stackie Ltd expressly permits that use in a signed agreement, checkout flow, or product-specific consumer schedule.
Stackie includes open source software and other third-party components. Those components remain governed by their own license terms, notices, copyright statements, attribution requirements, and disclaimers.
Relationship to Stackie Terms
The Stackie Terms, EULAs, and cloud agreements apply to Stackie products and services as a whole. To the extent an open source license grants rights or imposes obligations that conflict with Stackie commercial terms for a specific open source component, the open source license controls for that component only.
Source Availability
Where an open source license requires Stackie Ltd to provide source code, attribution, license text, notices, or offer information, Stackie Ltd will provide those materials in the product, release artifact, documentation, repository, or another reasonable notice location.
The public notice bundles below are the customer-facing Third-Party Notices for distributed Stackie software. Stackie Ltd maintains package-level dependency inventory and private provenance evidence separately for release governance, but that inventory is not a substitute for the bundled notice text.
This generated index identifies the per-surface third-party notice bundles for distributed Stackie software. Each linked bundle contains the package attribution table and captured upstream license, notice, copyright, attribution, and related text for that distributed surface.
These bundles are generated from Stackie's declared release-surface inventory, committed dependency manifests, committed lockfiles, Cargo metadata for locked Rust runtime dependency graphs, and harvested package notice files. Public package notice entries are generated for the surfaces where Stackie currently distributes package-level components to users or otherwise identifies a public notice obligation.
| Surface | Release Scope | Artifact Scope | Public Notice Treatment | Ecosystem | Public Notice Packages | Notice Status | Public Status | Notice Bundle |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stackie CLI and daemon | Command-line application, local daemon, installer-delivered Rust components, and bundled Rust libraries. | Distributed binary or package | Public third-party notices | cargo | 653 | Notice bundle published | This notice bundle is generated from Stackie's current dependency records for Stackie CLI and daemon. Stackie will update the notices if a component license requires additional attribution, source-offer, license, or notice text. | stackie-cli-and-daemon-third-party-notices.md |
| Embedded Stackie dashboard | Browser dashboard shipped with stackie and stackied. | Browser-delivered bundle | Public third-party notices | npm | 278 | Notice bundle published | This notice bundle is generated from Stackie's current dependency records for Embedded Stackie dashboard. Stackie will update the notices if a component license requires additional attribution, source-offer, license, or notice text. | embedded-stackie-dashboard-third-party-notices.md |
Distribution and Hosted Availability
| Surface | Artifact or Hosted Target | Notice Access | Public Notice URL | Release Check | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stackie CLI and daemon | stackie CLI binary | Generated notice copy in release artifact | https://stackie.dev/legal/open-source-notices | Generated bundle hash check | Release archives must include the generated Stackie CLI third-party notice bundle alongside binary artifacts or an equivalent bundled notice file derived from the same generated hash. |
| Stackie CLI and daemon | stackied daemon binary | Generated notice copy in release artifact | https://stackie.dev/legal/open-source-notices | Generated bundle hash check | Release archives must include the generated stackied third-party notice bundle alongside daemon binary artifacts or an equivalent bundled notice file derived from the same generated hash. |
| Stackie CLI and daemon | shell installer | Installer legal notice URL | https://stackie.dev/legal/open-source-notices | Installer legal projection check | The shell installer presents the Open Source Notices public URL and hash-bearing legal metadata before installation. |
| Stackie CLI and daemon | Windows installer | Installer legal notice URL | https://stackie.dev/legal/open-source-notices | Installer legal projection check | The Windows installer presents the Open Source Notices public URL and hash-bearing legal metadata before installation. |
| Embedded Stackie dashboard | embedded dashboard bundle | Generated notice copy in release artifact | https://stackie.dev/legal/open-source-notices | Generated bundle hash check | The dashboard ships inside stackie and stackied assets, so release packaging must include the generated dashboard notice bundle or generated legal metadata that links to the current notice URL. |
No Warranty From Open Source Contributors

Stackie Ltd's warranties and liabilities, if any, are only those expressly stated in the applicable Stackie agreement and are subject to the disclaimers and liability limits in that agreement.
